1911 Gold holds 100% interest in strategic gold assets in Manitoba and Ontario, Canada, in Tier I mining districts with proven potential for world-class gold deposits, and is focused on advancing these assets to create long-term value for our shareholders.
The Company’s flagship asset and immediate focus is the True North Gold Project in Bissett, Manitoba, including a modern permitted processing facility, tailings management area, underground mine infrastructure and the True North Gold Deposit, collectively referred to as the True North Complex.
In November 2024, the True North Gold Deposit was estimated to contain an Indicated Resource of 499,000 ounces gold at 4.41 g/t gold, and an Inferred Resource of 644,000 ounces gold at 3.65 g/t gold within mineable envelopes developed at a 2.25 g/t gold cut-off, inclusive of dilution. At a 3.00 g/t gold cut-off the envelopes contain 386,000 ounces gold at 6.85 g/t gold Indicated Resources and 447,000 ounces gold at 5.10 g/t gold Inferred Resources.
In February 2026, a PEA for the True North Gold Project outlined the restart strategy with production planned for 2027.
The PEA is based on the 2024 Mineral Resource Estimate and is a foundational plan to restart operations by optimizing infrastructure and confirms the economic viability of a safe and efficient multi-mine operation.

The surrounding district-scale Rice Lake exploration properties have exceptional exploration upside, covering a 90-kilometre-long segment of the highly prospective Rice Lake greenstone belt, the eastern extension of the Red Lake gold greenstone belt in Ontario, one of the largest and highest-grade gold districts in Canada, with more than 30 million ounces of historical gold production.
In Ontario, the Company’s assets also include highly prospective exploration properties in the world-class (>80 million ounce) Timmins-Porcupine Gold Camp of the Abitibi greenstone belt – one of the premier goldfields in the world – including the Denton-Keefer property, located 30 kilometres southwest of Timmins along the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone.
In Manitoba, the Company also holds the Apex exploration property, located within the Snow Lake district of the prolific Flin Flon greenstone belt, host to world-class gold, base metal and gold-rich base metal deposits.
Collectively, these assets present a significant value proposition to 1911 Gold’s shareholders, with exposure to significant near-term production with upside exploration potential in several of Canada’s premier mineral districts, supported by modern processing capability and updated resources at the Company’s flagship True North Gold Project in Manitoba.
