1911 Gold holds 100% interest in strategic gold assets in Manitoba and Ontario, Canada, in Tier I mining districts with proven potential for world-class gold deposits, and is focused on advancing these assets to create long-term value for our shareholders.
The Company’s flagship asset and immediate focus is the True North Gold Project and surrounding Rice Lake exploration properties located in Bissett, Manitoba, including a modern permitted processing facility, tailings management facility (TMF), underground mine infrastructure and the True North Gold Deposit, collectively referred to as the True North Complex.
In the November 2024 mineral resource estimate (MRE), the True North Gold Deposit was estimated to contain 499,000 ounces of indicated resources (3.5Mt at 4.41 g/t gold), and 644,000 ounces of inferred resources (5.5Mt at 3.65 g/t gold) within mineable envelopes developed at a 2.25 g/t gold cut-off, inclusive of dilution. At a 3.00 g/t gold cut-off, the contained mineral resources include 386,000 ounces of indicated resources (1.8Mt at 6.85 g/t gold), and 447,000 ounces of inferred resources (2.7Mt at 5.10 g/t gold).
In February 2026, a PEA for the True North Gold Project outlined a potential restart strategy targeting production in 2027.
The PEA is based on the 2024 MRE and outlines a strong project and opportunity to restart operations by optimizing existing infrastructure for a safe and efficient multi-mine operation at the True North Complex.

The surrounding district-scale Rice Lake exploration properties have exceptional exploration upside, covering a 90-kilometre-long segment of the highly prospective Rice Lake greenstone belt, which is the eastern extension of the Red Lake gold greenstone belt in Ontario (one of the largest and highest-grade gold districts in Canada, with more than 30 million ounces of historical gold production).
In Ontario, the Company’s assets also include highly prospective exploration properties in the world-class (>80 million ounce) Timmins-Porcupine Gold Camp of the Abitibi greenstone belt – one of the premier goldfields in the world – including the Denton-Keefer property, located 30 kilometres southwest of Timmins along the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone.
In Manitoba, the Company also holds the Apex exploration property, located within the Snow Lake district of the prolific Flin Flon greenstone belt, host to world-class gold, base metal and gold-rich base metal deposits.
1911 Gold offers a unique investment opportunity with a built and permitted central milling facility (including surface and underground infrastructure, along with operational and expandable camp facilities) to support a potential mine restart at True North, and future development of the district-scale potential within Rice Lake.
Combined with the additional exploration assets, the Company provides significant exposure to potential near-term production and cash flow generation with exploration upside potential in several of Canada’s premier mineral districts.
